The space sector evolves at a rapid pace, and WiRan actively drives innovation in microwave engineering. In this section, we showcase next-generation space components currently undergoing advanced electromagnetic simulations, mechanical design, and qualification testing at our facility in Gdynia, Poland.
From high-power, corona-free S-band diplexers to high-power Ku-band (e.g., 100W Ku-Band dual-channel) and Ka-band passive modules, we are building solutions designed for tomorrow’s complex mission profiles.
Current R&D Focus Areas:
- High-Power RF Components: Diplexers and switches engineered with advanced Multipactor and Corona discharge mitigation.
- Higher Frequency Bands (Ku & Ka-Band): Next-gen passive components for high-bandwidth satellite communication.
- Custom Active & Passive Modules: Developed in strict alignment with ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardization) standards.
